Taneora Martin, our Liaison Arborist, recently participated in the 2024 NZ Arb Husqvarna Tree Climbing Competition in Palmerston North. Although the exact results haven't been published online, he's given us a glimpse into his experience.
As an out-of-region participant, they didn't share the full results on the day. However, he found the competition to be a valuable learning opportunity. It's given him insights into areas he can focus on to hone his skills further. Competing in the Wellington regional event will benefit him in the upcoming Waikato regional competition.
His decision to participate in events outside our region showcases his dedication to continuous improvement and his passion for arboriculture.
